Automatically Collected Information and Anonymous Information
Each time you visit the Site, we collect some information to improve the overall quality of your online experience.
Aggregated Data. We collect aggregate queries for internal reporting and also count, track, and aggregate each visitor’s activity into our analysis of general traffic flow at the Site. To these ends, we may merge information about you into aggregated group data. In some cases, we may remove personal identifiers from Collected Information and maintain them in aggregate form, which may later be combined with other information to generate anonymous, aggregated statistical information. Such anonymous, group data may be shared on an aggregated basis with our affiliates, business partners, service providers and/or vendors; if we do so, we will not disclose your individual identity.
Web Server Log Data and IP Addresses. Log data that we collect may include information such as browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, your browsing pattern on the Site and/or click stream, the time spent on those pages, other statistics, and your IP address. An IP address is a number that automatically identifies the computer or device you have used to access the Internet. The IP address enables our server to send you the web pages that you want to visit, and it may disclose the server owned by your Internet service provider. We may use IP addresses to conduct website analyses and performance reviews and to administer the Site, although we will not combine traffic data with user accounts.
By placing Cookies on your device, the Company’s and its third-party service providers’ servers passively gather information about all visitors’ use of the Site for several reasons, including, but not limited to: (i) statistics collection and analysis; (ii) Site optimization, analytics (as described below); (iii) market research; (iv) and maintenance of user login information. The information that we and our third-party service providers track with cookies includes, but is not limited to: (i) the type of browser (such as Google Chrome or Internet Explorer) and Internet-connected devices being used to access the Site; (ii) your IP address; (iii) your home domain or Internet service provider; (iv) your referrer URL (which is the URL for the Site that you were viewing prior to visiting the Site); (v) how you were directed to the Site; (vi) which specific pages you access on the Site; (vii) how long you view each page; (viii) the time and date you access the Site; and (ix) the total number of visitors to the Site and any portions thereof.
Most popular Internet browser applications will allow you to configure the browser so as not to accept cookies. However, setting your browser to reject cookies may, in certain instances, prevent you from taking full advantage of the Site (or some portion thereof) and its capabilities, or cause some features of the Site to function improperly or more slowly.
Google Analytics and Web Beacons
Some of the areas of the Site may contain electronic images known as web beacons that allow the Company, and its third-party providers or affiliates, to count and track users who have visited certain portions of the Site, and to be used in conjunction with cookies to compile aggregate statistics about website usage. A web beacon is an electronic image (also referred to as an “action tag,” “single-pixel,” or “clear GIF”) that is commonly used to track the traffic patterns of users from one web page to another in order to maximize web traffic flow and to otherwise analyze the effectiveness of the website. Some web beacons may be unusable if you elect to reject their associated cookies.
Web beacons collect only limited information and do not collect any of your personal information. Specifically, the Company plans to use a type of web beacon known as a “retargeting pixel,” which will allow users to receive targeted advertising from the Company via certain social media websites, including Facebook.com.

Do Not Track Requests
Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” signals to the websites with which the user communicates, although web browsers incorporate and activate this functionality in different ways, and it is not always clear whether users intend these signals to be transmitted. There currently is disagreement, including among participants in the leading internet standards setting organization, concerning what, if anything, websites should do when they receive such signals. We currently do not take action in response to these signals, but, if and when a standard is established and accepted, we may reassess how to respond to these signals.
